Went to Snowdon with James Brighton and Alex Foden. Didnt manage to summit due to the bad weather - As you can see from the pictures it was very snowy and winds were approx 40-50mph - making it very difficult to walk or even see as we had a whiteout approx 20 mins from the peak !
Snowdon - 24/02/10
Went to Snowdon with Phill, Leanne, Fozz and Milzy, conditions were OK until almost at the top, it got very icy and was almost impossible to walk in normal boots, Fozz even had to use an ice axe to get up the last section
Went to Snowdon with Nicky Gooch, my friend since I was 11. We arrived at 11pm on Sat 13/02/10 and started ascending up the Miners track. We reached the lake at the foot of Snowdon (Glaslyn) at approx 12.45 am and pitched our tent for the night. Woke up at 4.30 am, made a 'brew' and packed our tent etc away and started our ascent to the summit of Snowdon for approx 07.15am for sunrise - Amazing
Crowden Head - The Peak District - 28/03/10
Went to the Peak District with Nicky Gooch. We set off from the car at 10.45am and eventually returned at 6.10pm after totally losing the path across a marsh !!!! After trudging up Jacobs ladder we finally found Kinder Scout and Kinder downfall, well worth the walk!
